The Pinecroft: A Cincinnati Wedding Venue

One visit to The Pinecroft is all it takes for most couples to learn that this is where they want to make a beautiful memory. From the very first drive up to the front doors, The Pinecroft truly takes your breath away.

This historic estate is for couples envisioning a country estate wedding. Experience all the charms of an aristocratic English manor, but also revel in the modern amenities available today hidden within the alluring, Great Gatsby-esque atmosphere. Our couples tell us that it only took a simple stroll through the outdoor orchards, a step into the garden pavilion or a tour of the second-floor bridal suite and basement groom’s quarters to know that The Pinecroft was Cincinnati’s most beautiful country estate wedding destination.

There are multiple locations for ceremonies, cocktail hours and receptions on the Pinecroft estate grounds, each one with its own charm and warmth. From the library to the garden to the garden pavilion, whether you’re planning an intimate ceremony or a lavish one, the entire mansion and grounds are yours for the day, so we will help you plan your most ideal wedding day in this Cincinnati treasure.

Bridal Suite and Groom’s Quarters

The second-floor bridal suite offers several rooms, true to the Tudor-style and furnished in old English manor luxury. Each room is available for the bride and her party, including a hair and makeup studio. While she enjoys the comforts upstairs, the groom and his party enjoy the luxuries of the elegant basement groom’s quarters, where such modern amenities as video games and TVs hide among the sophistication of old-fashioned wine cellars and beautiful chandeliers.

Wedding Collections

This is a great time of joy in your life and planning a wedding and getting married are unique and special experiences. We understand that you may look at many venues, but your heart will fall in love with only one and we hope Pinecroft is that one. We have designed two collections, as well as custom experiences to fit most budgets. Our wedding collections range from $105 – $145 per guest and can be even more financially beneficial if you are flexible on your date. Welcome to the Intimate Collection

  • Collection offered based on 60 guests starting at $8700.00 (Guest counts are flexible)
  • All Day Venue Access (8am-12am)
  • Use of the Private Suite for the bridal party-all day access
  • Wedding Designer to assist in the wedding process by selecting and coordinating design elements, event flow and timeline, as well as best utilization of the space
  • On Site Wedding Day Ceremony Coordination *Ceremony fee included
  • Day-of Host provides all day butler service, with special attention to any last minute bridal needs

Three Course Culinary Experience
  • Seasonal and locally sourced salad with local breads from Sixteen Bricks
  • Up to 1 entrée selections, including single plated or guest choice (No extra fees for dietary restrictions)
  • Wedding cake and cake cutting services, including cake knife and server

All prices, excluding venue rental, are subject to a 14% Production Fee. All-inclusive per-person pricing for children ages 2 – 12 will be charged a flat rate of $20. Applicable Sales Tax will also be added to the final invoice. Gratuity is on food and beverage totals and at the client’s discretion.
